Brain Yabes is an absolute GEM! Our family was in a bit of a pinch, needing to sell our home in Oak Park, and simultaneously find a place with the size we needed for our growing family. We called the office and left a message the day after Christmas, and assumed that we MIGHT get a call back after the New Year. Brian called us the next day, we gave him the scoop, and we made arrangements for him to visit the day after. With less than 48 hours to prep and to meet our family on a Saturday morning, Brian was PREPARED! He arrived with a market analysis of our current home and options for us to review, including potential homes. We knew, right then and there, that he would be the one to support our family of six to make this transition. And his degree of excellence, professionalism, attentiveness to our details, and family feel only continued to grow from our first connection. We put a plan together in partnership with Brian that delivered RESULTS. Within 24 hours of listing our home, we had four offers, 100% at least at the asking price, and 75% above the asking price. By the time we accepted an offer from an incoming buyer, our offer for our new home was also accepted, and our original timeline was cut in HALF, allowing us to list and sell our home, and simultaneously buy our new home in LESS THAN ONE MONTH. I don’t think that is normal, and it is truly a testament to the incredible work of Brian Yabes! I could continue…But I think you get the idea, Brian Yabes is an absolute GEM!!

HE DOES IT AGAIN!!! This is the third time that I have worked with Brian as my realtor. After only our second showing my fiancé and I fell in love with an apartment in Jefferson Park and we had to make it ours. Throughout the entire experience Brian was on top of it.
